Old Splatterhouse games to be included in new game!

Remember the Splatterhouse games way back on the Genesis? Well, if you do, you might be interested in the fact that Namco-Bandai will be making a brand new Splatterhouse game for the Playstation 3 and the Xbox 360. Though, if this game ends up being as great, at least there’s an incentive to buy it if you’re a fan of Splatterhouse.
According to the new issue of Playstation: The Official Magazine, the original Arcade release along with Splatterhouse 2 and Splatterhouse 3 on the Sega Genesis will be in the new game in emulated form. The arcade release will be based on the original Japanese game before all the censoring, which is a really nice addition considering how censorship got the best of everything ported overseas back then.
No release date has been pinned down but expect to see the new Splatterhouse game around Q3 of 2010.
