Mass Effect 2 “The Arrival” DLC Review

I review Mass Effect 2′s latest DLC “The Arrival.” It follows Commander Shepherd in the events leading up to Mass Effect 3′s invasion of Earth by Sovereign, the Geth and the rest of the Reapers who have lain dormant just beyond the galaxy’s outermost reaches for fifty thousand years.
This is an absolutely incredible game and I cannot emphasize enough how important the DLC is. Even if you normally view DLC as a few extra missions, Arrival is the vital link between the mid-point and the final act, and it’s packed full of story, action, and some breathtaking environments. Choices are hard. Times are hard. This is Shepherd’s final hour, and without giving it everything, humanity, and the galaxy will fall. So how does this epic DLC fare? Hit play, and find out. But before you comment, know this. It’s my first review be gentle!!!
