Tribes: Ascend – Free to Play and on the Xbox 360!

Tribes has been a series that was multiplayer orientated and probably the first that I know of that brought the FPS multiplayer exclusivity into retail. Tribes: Ascend, the latest sequel to the series, will be adapting the free to play model. Not only that, it seems that Tribes: Ascend will be released on XBLA on the Xbox 360 as well as PC. There were earlier reports of Microsoft embracing the free to play model for Xbox 360, so perhaps this is the start of it.
