Grand Theft Auto 4 Graphic Mods Will Make You Stare in Awe

Games released on PC usually allow modders to get their hands deep into the code and change up a few things. In this case for this Grand Theft Auto 4 mod, it’s more than just a few things.
When I first saw this, I was like “Woah…” and then I kept watching and I was like “Waaahh!!” and then I looked into it to see what else they have and I was like “O_O;”
