The “Warrior Bundle” Now Available for Mortal Kombat on PS3

Earlier on, the Xbox 360 version of Mortal Kombat 9 features a Season Pass that would let owners of the Mortal Kombat game to buy all four DLC characters for 15 dollar’s worth of Microsoft Points. Now that Freddy Krueger is out, Netherrealm studios felt it would be proper to balance things out on Sony’s side for the Playstation 3. With the release of Freddy Krueger, PS3 owners of Mortal Kombat 9 will be able to buy the “Warrior Bundle” which includes all 4 DLC characters for only $14.99. Unfortunately, if you already bought one DLC character, the deal is a bit pointless since all the characters by themselves are 5 a pop.
Oh well. Better late than never and if you haven’t decided on buying any of the characters yet, I’m sure this will goad you into it. Skarlet, Kenshi, Rain and Freddy for 15 is a pretty good deal and it all can be yours in the Warrior Bundle. Note that this is exclusive to only the Playstation 3… but the Xbox 360 already has the Season Pass, which I believe can still be purchased at this time.
