Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown Finally Hits Consoles Summer 2012

Was I starting to lose hope for this game to ever see an actual console release? No, I lost hope years ago! But lo and behold, Sega came out at PAX and announced that Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown will be coming out on PSN and XBLA in Summer of 2012. The game will be a standalone version (you won’t need the original VF5 game) and they will be downloadable titles which will not feature a disc retail version.

I’m pretty damn excited myself to see this game finally coming out in this final form. I just hope that it’s cheap (like 15 to 20) and all the DLC is only exclusive to those fancy items that everyone loves to buy.

Everyone but me of course… Unless they have the VF1 costumes.
