New Free Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition Ver. 2012 Patch Information

ARCADE EDITION ver. 2012!
Yes, enough of the ridiculous subtitle jokes. As Capcom promised to everyone that demanded a balance patch, Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition will be given a free patch to all owners of the game. It is unknown if this will be a title update or another separate DLC that you must download or otherwise. The release date of this patch will be on December 13th. To coincide with the patch release, Capcom-Unity has prepared several PDF files (yes, friggen PDF files) of all the changes that they did by character down to specific details. If that’s a bit too much for you, you can also watch this bite sized trailer to get the gist of the major changes.
