Blizzard Attempts To Pull Players Back Into World of Warcraft With Revised Resurrection Scrolls

If you’ve played World of Warcraft to any extent, you might be familiar with the Scroll of Resurrection and how it can be used to give you and a retired player benefits for returning back into Azeroth. Blizzard has sweeten the deal significantly with their recent announcement of the changes that they will be doing to the Scroll of Resurrection. Now, any player that is currently inactive and is given a scroll will now have their account upgraded to the Cataclysm expansion for free, get a free server and faction transfer to the original sender’s origin of the scroll for free and an instant level 80 boost towards a character for free as well. All of this on top of a 7 day free trial so that the retired player doesn’t even need to pay to come back.

If your friend does happen to get sucked back in and pay for a full month after the trial, you will be given a Spectral Gryphon or Wind Rider depending on faction.
