PAX Prime 2012 3-Day Badges Sold Out Within Hours

Those that may be interested in going to PAX Prime this year in Seattle might be a bit troubled now. PAX Prime 2012 3-day badges have completely sold out, leaving only the individual day passes still for sale at 35 bucks a pop. While this may come as a surprise, there are a few things that certainly helped out in causing this outage.

The badges were open up for sale a week ago. Unfortunately, the vendor system they were using kept crashing and sales were temporarily stopped with the promise that the badges will be back up for sale the following week. Hype is risen, everyone knows that tickets are being sold soon if they did not know already, and everyone has been waiting for the window to pop back open. Within a few hours, the 3-day badges were completely sold out.

For those who still want to attend PAX Prime, single day badges are still available. Saturdays tend to sell out soon after the 3-day, so get on that.
