Official Rules/Statement on Extra Life Donation/Raffle Contest

Hey folks!
I’d like to thank everyone who stopped by, donated, or helped spread the word about our Extra Life 2012 event here at The Mog Blog. As of right now, we have officially hit $287 dollars donated!
Now, I wanted to clear up a few things in regards to the raffle. I realized that it was poorly implemented and that was mainly due to poor organization in my part. I wanted to apologize for that but I also wanted to give everyone early notice and a fair chance to get their donations and raffle tickets in.
So! Now that I had ample time to get some rest in, here’s how everything works.
We have five prizes:
Toad Hat. Can actually be worn as a hat to tell your friends that the princess is indeed in another castle!
An Xbox 360 Black Controller Plushie that will never Red Ring on you!
Snake from Metal Gear. Does not come with a pack of Lucky Strikes.
Super Sonic… ’nuff said.

How to Win
NOTE: OPEN ONLY TO US RESIDENTS LIVING WITHIN THE MAJOR 48 STATES, BECAUSE I HATE HAWAII AND ALASKA. >:P (Also shipping costs)
Step 1: Donate to acquire tickets!
Even though the event is over, you can still donate!
When you donate $5 dollars, you will get one ticket. Tickets can be thrown into one of five pools for a chance to win one of these fabulous items. There will be five pools, one for each prize. There will be one ticket drawn from each pool, which means one winner a pool, five winners total. The more you donate, the more tickets you get. If you donate $20 dollars, you get an extra ticket! To put this in perspective:
Donate $5 – 1 Ticket (Just 1… unless, you know, you donate more)
Donate $20 – 4 Tickets + 1 Extra Ticket (5 Total)
Donate $40 – 8 Tickets + 2 Extra Tickets (10 Total)

Step 2: Fill in a form!
Now that you donated, feel awesome: You helped out the many kids that are in these Childrens Hospitals. Next, you want to submit a form that will tell me that you donated and where you want your tickets at.
Remember to use the table I set up above and please put in the number of tickets you want in, not the amount of money that you want per pool.There were a few people that put in money value and while that’s fine and I can figure it out, it’ll make life a lot easier for me if you submit another form with the corrected values. Also, if you need to submit another form to correct an error you may not realize, feel free to do so again.
ONLY YOUR LATEST ENTRY WILL COUNT. If everything is fine and you have already submitted the form, you do not need to do so again.

Step 3: Wait!
We were originally going to do the drawing on Monday. This will now be changed to Friday October 26th @ 9PM PDT to give people ample amount of time to donate, fill in the form, and spread it all out.
